What we collect

When you use this site, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

Your name, Alien Registration Number (A-Number), and immigration court location
Your hearing date and details about your situation, including any address change
A copy of your Notice to Appear or related immigration court documents that you upload
Payment information, which is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details

How we use it

We use this information solely to prepare and deliver the document you purchased, to communicate with you about your order, and to route your case to a consultation instead if your answers indicate that's the better fit.

Who else sees it

We share information with a small number of service providers strictly to deliver our service:

Stripe — processes payment; see Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data
OpenAI — used to help prepare an initial draft of your document, which is reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before it is sent to you
Resend (or our email provider) — used to deliver internal notifications and, separately, your finished document
Netlify — our hosting provider, which stores your uploaded document in a private, access-controlled location

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it
